Our Story
In 2007, Dr. Kennedy Okonkwo founded Nedcomoaks and later created the Victoria Crest Homes brand, which is committed to making many homeowners and housing accessible in Lagos, one of the fastest growing cities worldwide today. He believed that luxury is for everyone and that a great home is a reward for success.
After two decades of working towards this dream and delivering thousands of homes, his innovative housing solutions are pushing the boundaries with ultra-modern, sustainable, and exquisitely comfortable homes for Nigerians. It is evident how much progress has been made towards reducing the housing deficit and setting the pace in the real estate development industry.
As the Managing Director of Victoria Crest Homes, he is steady, strong, and dedicated to his vision of making sure that everyone everywhere has their own space they call “HOME”. He has received over 15 awards and recognitions, likewise for the Victoria Crest Homes brand, and in 2020 he was recognized by Forbes Africa for Shaping Africa’s Development on Financing the Continent’s Infrastructure Deficit.
